A Carnforth Connect office is located at Carnforth station.  The office is open 0645 until 1700 Monday to Friday, 0800 – 1545 on Saturdays and closed on Sundays. A variety of services are available that includes:
 

• Assistance and advice for when your journey has been disrupted.
• Up to date information about all bus and rail services, including real time information for rail and the Carnforth Connect bus service.
• Information about special Carnforth Connect bus tickets.
